Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport has finally been officially submitted. Bugatti Veyron a topless version of the world’s fastest car, which will give the name Grand Sport. The car will present at the Pebble Beach Concours d’Elegance on August 16 2008 this year.
The Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport runs with the 16-cylinder engine which produces 1001 hp a strong W16-unit with maximum torque at 1 250 Nm. With this powerful engine, it enables the new Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport speeds up to a maximum speed of 400 km/h.
With regards to its exterior view, Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport will receive removable roof and in the words of the company in the vehicle will be used “innovative solution to increase the rigidity of the body.” As for the remaining differences from the version with a rigid roof, it would have changed the new LED head lamp light slightly different forms.
The company plans to release about 100 models Grand Sport and the price of each of which can range from approximately 1 800 000 euros, that’s about USD$2.25 million. Bugatti Veyron Grand Sport will be display at the Geneva motor show in spring.
